Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination:
- United Arab Emirates: 5–10 business days
- GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman): 7–14 business days
- Europe & North America: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain threshold — please check the checkout page for current promotions.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@arman.auction and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
